The Best Exercise for Fertility

Too little or too much exercise can impact your ability to conceive.  High impact training can reduce the body’s ability to produce progesterone, which is critical for ovulation.  Extremely athletic women generally have greatly reduced levels of body fat.  But before you throw out your trainers, too little exercise also has negative implications.  So how much is the ‘right amount’ of exercise?  What types of exercise are best?  And what’s really best for you?
