Superfood trail mix

I always have some of this on hand.  I use it as a breakfast topper over porridge or muesli or as an anytime, craving buster, nourishing snack.  Enjoy!


½ cup natural almonds

½ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup natural sultanas

½ cup goji berries

¼ cup diced dried apricots

¼ cup chopped 80% plus dark chocolate (if you’re feeling naughty!)


Combine all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
