Superfood breakfast smoothie

This nutrient packed smoothie is the perfect way to kick start your day.  Quick and easy to prepare and packed with essential nutrients and nutritional antioxidants perfect for a healthy Mum and bub.


  • ½ cup organic rolled oats
  • ½ cup blueberries (or your choice of berries)
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup your choice of milk
  • 1 cup natural Greek style yoghurt
  • 2 tsp LSA
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp honey


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Serve immediately.
