Morning Sickness Smoothie

This quick, easy, tasty smoothy provides a great nutrient packed start to the morning whilst also helping to relieve nausea and morning sickness.  Nice and gentle on sensitive stomachs.  Enjoy this tasty smoothie combined with your daily dose of Zycia Natal Nutrients to help ensure you’re getting a good balance of essential nutrients to keep you and bub happy and healthy.


1 cup (250ml) apple of pear juice

3 fresh or tinned peaches, stone removed and chopped

2 tbsp organic natural yoghurt

1 banana, chopped

1 tsp ginger, finely grated


Pop all ingredients into a blender with a handful of ice, whizz and enjoy!
